Skin Whitening Masks


Some of the natural ingredients have skin whitening properties and help in lightening the skin tone.

Here are some effective natural recipes for skin whitening:

1. Honey and Lemon Mask:

Mix one tablespoon of honey with one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
- Put the mask on the face and leave it for 15-20 minutes, then wash it with lukewarm water.
Repeat this recipe twice a week.



2. Milk and honey mask:

Mix a tablespoon of milk with a teaspoon of honey.
- Put the mixture on the face and neck and leave it for 20-30 minutes, then rinse it with lukewarm water.
Use this mask twice a week.




3. Yogurt and Turmeric Mask:

Mix a tablespoon of yogurt with a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- Put the mask on the face and leave it for 15-20 minutes, then wash it with lukewarm water.
Use this mask twice a week.



4. Aloe Vera And Almond Oil Face Mask:

Mix 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel with 1 teaspoon of almond oil.
- Put the mask on the face and leave it for 20-30 minutes, then rinse it with lukewarm water.
Use this mask twice a week.




5. Potato And Yogurt Mask:

Cook the potatoes and mash them well, then add the milk gradually to get a creamy texture.
- Put the mask on the face and leave it for 15-20 minutes, then rinse it with lukewarm water.
Use this mask twice a week.




Note: Before using any skin whitening recipe, a trial test should be performed on a small section of skin to ensure that there is no allergic reaction.

It is also preferable to avoid exposure to direct sunlight after using these recipes and to use sunscreen to protect the skin.
