Sweet Almond Oil for Body and Skin

It is used in Ayurvedic and many traditional medicine to soften skin and provide vitamin support for dry skin. In addition to being the care of hair eyebrows and eyelashes it is a frequent consumed as it is included in the group of healthy oils.

Sweet almond oil is obtained by pressing cold almond seeds. It is high in protein oleic and linoleic essential fatty acids (omega-6 and omega-9) and vitamin A.

The seeds of different types of almonds contain 43-58% stable oil. This oil is unsaturated and rich in essential fatty acids.

Suggestion for consuming sweet almond oil:

• It can also be added to salads and meals. It can also be used as a care product.
