Indian black tea (Karak tea) - tea

Karak tea is a type of tea originally from India. In the Arab countries the Gulf countries are famous for it.

This tea which has a strong taste in addition to the flavor of malt and spices can also be taken with honey and hot milk. In addition to the tea leaves this traditional blend also contains cardamom cinnamon cloves and ginger.

Preparation suggestions:

• Add 1-2 teaspoons of masala tea to 250ml of water at 93°C - 99°C and leave to steep for 5-6 minutes.
• For a more intense flavour they can be boiled rather than soaked for 5-6 minutes.
